- What exactly do we do?
- XHTML Now covers all XHTML, CSS and some javascript. This includes CSS drop-downs, link hover effects and basic JavaScript. If you need some advanced JavaScript please get in touch and we can provide you with a quote.
- What counts as a page or a design?
- Any page where the layout or content is different counts as a page or design. You can either get us to convert all your websites pages, or you can get the main 'template' changes converted and build out the rest of the pages from the templates yourself.
- I have a page that is pretty complex?
- We will get in touch with you right away and let you know. In such cases we may ask for a surcharge to convert such a design depending on the design complexity.
- How will my site be more accessible?
- Separating presentation from content and building semantically correct HTML means without css your site is still be readable by people with disabilities. We will also conform as close as possible to Section 508 Accessibility requirements.
- What browsers will my site work in?
- When coding your website we constantly test the output in the three major browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari) across the two main operating systems (Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X). By doing this we're making sure that your site will look the same for 98% of the internet. We know what its like to have your site look perfect in Firefox only to find it butchered in IE. Let us handle it, we know how to massage the browsers to render properly.
- How do you accept payment?
- Currently we only accept payment through PayPal. We begin working on your project as soon as the payment is sent.
- What if I'm not happy with your work?
- If you're not satisfied with our work then we'll give you a full refund.
- What if I have problems setting up the site?
- We'll help you get your pages set up for free for up to 30 days after your site has been coded.
